After I (Lena) lost 100 pounds and began reshaping my body with weightlifting, I loved flexing and posing in the mirror with my new bod but I realized something was missing.
I wanted to showcase my new found love to the world, not just advertise another company's logo on a plain t-shirt. I started combing the thrift stores fr unique gym wear, while I got tons of attention on my IG page for my fashion choices they weren't always up to standard on fit and fabric. That's when I started putting together my own line, designing fun slogans and catchy phrases and putting them on the most comfy tees and tanks out there.
Being a female bodybuilder is quite unique and after fielding a million questions about how I lost 100 pounds, reshaped my body and now have a few years of experience under my belt, put me on the path to share my journey and these products with others. One of my best moments was going through airport security and the agent with a runners body asked if I was wearing shoulder pads as she squeezed my shoulders. Nope, I said, those are just my delts thanks to weightlifting. She had me step aside and I gave her my elevator speech about the benefits of weightlifting for women!

Lena and Tim are the owners of Aesthetica Gym. Tim has had over ten years of experience lifting getting his physique to the status of a Greek god and currently working his way back to that aesthetic.
Lena has about two years of lifting under her belt, loves it so much she became ISSA certified as a personal trainer and lives to encourage others to change their lives through heavy lifting.
They each had an IG account for fitness, met after a few likes of each others photos and ended up talking everyday until Tim moved across the country to be with Lena and eventually propose on the beach-their happy place. They are now building a life together, and soon the business of their dreams.
